Cleaning the bathroom is not the most pleasant thing in the world, but cleaning, in general, is not a favourite for many people. However, it is still a necessity that you have to look after, in case you don’t want to live in a messy, dirty, cluttered and even unhealthy house. Bathroom cleaning, in addition, requires a lot more than any other area of the house, maybe excluding only the kitchen area. You know, even if anything else in the house is messy and dirty, kitchen and bathroom must be sanitised and clean, otherwise, you put your health and well-being at risk. Bacteria and allergens are not something unusual for any bathroom and the frequent care and attention are the only proper way to prevent them from building up.

Although bathroom cleaning is not the most favourite thing of many people, there are still ways to make it a bit more enjoyable or at least quicker. Today we are going to share with you an easy bathroom maintenance routine and speed cleaning recommendations that are already time-proven and showed us that any bathroom could look and feel amazing for less than 15 minutes. Of course, we are not going to talk about deep-cleaning, but a regular treatment, which if done frequently enough will ensure the cleanliness required for a healthier indoor environment.

First of all, let us tell you how important the regular house cleaning routine is. Be sure to have a schedule and to have specific chores and duties for every day of the week, don’t let them all accumulate over the weekend. Spending half an hour every day dealing with some certain area of the house is way easier, the same can be applied for office cleaning. Choose another day for vacuuming and washing all the floors around the house, this will save you a lot more time in the day of bathroom cleaning. Then gather all your needed tools and materials in one place (maybe in one cabinet, if possible), which also will save a lot of time.

Start bathroom speed cleaning with the mirrors – spray them and wipe them. For a lint-free effect, use a microfiber cloth designed for wiping a glass. Your next tasks include taking care of the sink, toilet and bathtub (or shower). Spray all the surfaces with a disinfecting cleaner (preferable to use a non-toxic one). Then use a toilet cleaner and brush the toilet. Next wipe the sink, the toilet and the tub or shower, be sure to do wipe each surface with a separate cloth, otherwise, you increase the risk of cross-contamination. Don’t forget to wipe the base of the toilet, it is an area we often forget about and neglect!

And that is actually it! Not that hard and complex at all, right? The whole process has to take you up to 15 minutes. If you need more time, don’t worry, speed cleaning is not happening overnight and you have to get used to a certain routine first.
